Return & Refund Policy – Wabi Sabi Timepieces

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, subject to the conditions outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be approved before being sent. If your return request is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item arrived damaged
  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.

For damaged items, please include clear photos of both the product and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or discounted items
  • Items showing signs of wear, use, damage, or modification after delivery

We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the return conditions outlined in this policy.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible), and once the return is approved, place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Delivery times are estimates only and may occasionally be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll investigate the shipment with our logistics partners.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.


Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, we reserve the right to deny refund or return requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, excessive claims, or policy manipulation.
